Linda Zurak

Linda is a trauma informed Somatic Movement Educator, Therapist and Embodiment Coach that inspires people to live beyond their perceived limitations.

She has spent over 25 years exploring the mental, physical and emotional blocks that keep us from fully experiencing our power, passion and pleasure.

Through her own experiences of loss, relationship struggles, birth and religious trauma Linda has become an advocate for people finding their voice, becoming visible and living their heart-felt truth without apology.

She brings humour, passion and wisdom to guiding people on a deep journey of freeing emotions held in the body so they can move, live and love with ease. Her passion is mentoring movement teachers and helping people feel more confident, vibrant and free in their personal and professional relationships.

In her free time you can find Linda playing with her sweet dog Lilly or in her homeland of Croatia preparing organic food and enjoying quality time with family and friends on the Adriatic Coast.

In addition to her training in Somatic Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Grief Guide, IFS (Internal Family Systems) CK (Compassion Key) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Linda is a Master Pilates Teacher with qualifications in Gyrokinesis ® Gyrotonic ® and Body Rolling.

“Linda has a special gift when it comes to bodywork. She don’t miss a thing… She is perceptive and able to spot the smallest of movements needed to make a big difference in the embodiment process. She is also inspiring, and makes the experience light and entertaining instead of hard work.”
