Linda Zurak

Linda is a creative, energetic Movement Educator, Embodiment Teacher and Somatic Therapist that inspires people to live beyond their perceived limitations.

She has spent over 20 years mentoring and training Pilates teachers in the UK, Europe and North America. As a Movement Educator, she is constantly exploring the mental, physical and emotional blocks that keep us from fully experiencing joy, pleasure and the ability to move in our bodies with grace and ease.

Linda is committed to getting people grounded into their bodies so they can reconnect to their gut instinct and feel more confident, connected and empowered to face the challenges of living and relating in this post pandemic, digital world.

She is passionate about supporting people dealing with stress, anxiety, grief and challenging life transitions. The last few years she has been helping women going through the challenges of menopause to maintain functional fitness and mobility as well as mental and emotional stability.

Linda is excited about currently be completing the TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) training programme. Her work is trauma informed and she is influenced by the teachings of Peter Levine, Stephen Porges and Pat Ogden.

In addition to her training in Somatic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Grief Movement and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Linda is a Master Pilates Teacher and a Pre-Post Natal Pilates Specialist with qualifications in Gyrokinesis ® Gyrotonic ® and Body Rolling .

Linda has a private practice in London, England, and in Jersey in the Channel Islands, and is available for individual sessions and group sessions both virtually and in person.
